Position Overview

As a caregiver with Crabtree Residential Living, you will have the privilege of enhancing the daily lives of our residents through compassionate care and companionship. This role is an opportunity to turn your passion for helping others into a fulfilling career surrounded by gratitude and love. Daily, you'll directly impact the well-being and happiness of those in your care.

Hourly Wage

$14.00 - $18.00 (varying based on location, assigned shift, and whether the position is part-time or full-time)

Responsibilities

• Make sure all residents take their medicine when they need to.
• Cook healthy and tasty meals for our residents to enjoy.
• Assist residents with daily tasks like getting dressed and personal hygiene to keep them feeling their best.
• Safely drive residents to their appointments and outings with our company cars.
• Keep our living spaces tidy and comfortable for our residents.
• Organize and lead fun activities that our residents can enjoy inside and outside.
• Keep an eye on our residents to ensure they're safe and content, and offer help whenever needed.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for daily care and activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with residents.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for transportation duties.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility.
